- Where are you based? Do you work remote?
- Amsterdam-based, with regular on-site work in the Randstad and across Europe. Remote-first by default; on-site when the work needs it.
- What kinds of work do you take on?
- Software, embedded hardware, and prototypes that have to work in production. We are a poor fit for pure visual design, brand work, or content production.
- Who owns the code and the decisions?
- You do. We work in your repositories, on your accounts, and document decisions next to the data that produced them. No lock-in to a tool we just happen to resell.
- How does an engagement shape up?
- Most work starts with a short technical conversation, then narrows to one of four routes: product sprint, codebase acceleration, workflow automation, or engineering partner. Each route is scoped, time-bounded, and ends with a working slice and a clear next move.
